Our Story

Superstar Shifts was founded by hospitality professionals who have experienced firsthand the challenges faced by venues trying to source reliable, skilled staff, often at short notice. After years working within the industry, we understood there had to be a better way to connect great venues with great people.

Inspired by the success of staffing models used in other industries, we saw an opportunity to bring a fresh approach to hospitality staffing. One that provides venues with access to experienced and qualified hospitality professionals, while giving workers greater flexibility, choice and control over when and where they work.

Starting in Ballarat, Superstar Shifts was created with a simple goal: to make hospitality staffing easier, faster and more reliable for everyone involved. Whether it's filling a last-minute shift, supporting a busy event, or helping venues build a trusted network of casual staff, we are committed to providing a service that values professionalism, responsiveness and strong relationships.
